Cardio drumming is a full body cardio workout! It involves drum sticks, a bucket and an exercise ball. We have a hour full of great songs and routines to help you burn those calories while sweating and smiling!
Cardio drumming like any other cardio workout raises your heart rate to burn calories, and gives you a full body workout. You can improve your focus and coordination while learning the routines . The best part about this workout is........ you have fun!!! We dance, we sing, we laugh and we keep moving.
Come join us every Tuesday at 7:45PM and Sunday at 11 AM ! If you do not have your own equipment , we will provide it!
