At Left 2 the Chin Boxing Club, we believe in everyone achieving their goals through boxing. Our staff members at Left 2 the Chin are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of likeminded people who love being healthy and strong. Getting you in shape is our goal. We are a diverse community. Warm, welcoming and have a supportive group of members. Our lessons (private and group) are rooted in fundamentally sound boxing with a progressive training curriculum designed to teach you the art of boxing while you get fit.
At Left 2 the Chin we offer classes Monday-Saturday. Our classes are designed for people at every fitness level. If you want to go far, we’ll get you there. If you want to lose weight, keep active, or learn self-defense we can provide that with our classes. Boxing is a great full body workout, it can help you with your legs, core, back, shoulders, arms and is one of the best cardio workouts. Boxing is also very helpful with getting out aggression and it’s an excellent source of stress relief.
